As a qualified sports therapist in Leicester, Zoe has experience of working in professional Sports Clubs, Health Clubs and Private Health Clinics.

In 1998, Zoe qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist and Fitness Trainer after completing an International Sports Therapy Diploma (ISST).

By having a sports massage, tension can be released, improving performance levels, posture and circulation.

Zoe has been a qualified sports massage therapist since 1998 and can help prevent sports injuries, reduce stress levels, relieve muscular tension and relieving injuries to ultimately help with a quickly recovery time.

Pilate Instructor

Zoe also offers Pilate classes in Leicestershire. These can be booked as a course of 8 x 1hr sessions at £48, or individual classes (one to one) are £45.

Pilate classes aim to strengthen the body in an even way, building on core strength to improve your general fitness and wellbeing. With regular pilates classes, this can help by improving your posture, balance, muscle tone and joint mobility, also relieving stress and tension.
