How a bamboo massage works
Prior to the massage, Zoe will locate the tension and knots in your muscles to provide you with just the correct amount of treatment your body requires.
Throughout the massage, Zoe will use a variety of different warmed pieces of bamboo that allow her to to work the tension out of each muscle. This is achieved by long fluid strokes in a combination of different styles like swedish, deep tissue, or neuromuscular therapy, all are used to stretch and compress the muscle and tissue.
